Application Procedure

We set up an on-line GSI application.  We post a link on the front of our IOE web page.  We post it on several bulletin boards within IOE. We inform IOE students via e-mail that they can apply for a GSI position on-line and the deadlines involved.  We leave the on-line application up for about 2-3 weeks.  We remind students via e-mail of the deadline for application.  Once decisions are made, students who have applied on-line get an e-mail that they either received a GSI appointment or did not receive a GSI appointment.
