Vision
Our vision is for a three-pronged approach for a Career Services function:
- It will provide direct services for staff, such as career counseling, career fairs, job search skills, self-assessment tools and other resources that will help UM grow, attract and retain the best workforce talent.
- It will enlist supervisors, managers, and leaders by providing toolkits and training to assist them in the development of their own staff.
- It will provide an umbrella UM Career Services Center to connect, capitalize upon and augment the services already offered through various campus units so that we make best use of our combined resources.
