Career Development isn't a "quick fix." It's an on-going process, a cycle. Just follow steps 1, 2 and 3. Repeat until satisfied. It's easier said than done. But you can do it.
1. Self-Assessment
Your career begins with "You." You have to know what you want before you can get it.

2. Career Exploration  
What careers are out there? Which ones are hot? Which are not? The only way to know is to look, a lot.

3. Action Plan
Once you know what you want and identify a career that will make it possible, you have to get the job. Here's (yet another) three-step process to help you get there.
