Going someplace special this holiday season? Plan on getting active during the winter break? Put on an Active U t-shirt, find a cool landmark and post your photo on MHealthy's Facebook page by January 4.
Five people will win an Amazon gift card or an MHealthy Exercise & Relaxation Class 15-Visit Punch Card (must be a benefits-eligible faculty or staff member).
