Move, Lose, Maintain

Move, Lose, Maintain is a free 8 week healthy lifestyle program designed to help you move more, and eat in a healthier manner. The program encourages you to move for at least 30 minutes on at least 3 days of the week. At the beginning and end of the program, MHealthy staff will weigh you and measure your waist circumference. There are weekly emails, a booklet with recipes and tips, and more!
