It’s Easy to be ERGO
The MHealthy Ergonomics Awareness Program is here to help you learn how following easy ergonomic principles can help you improve your comfort at work.
How?
Start with "Self Help"
This section offers tutorials designed to help you evaluate and adjust your own work area and habits - whether you work in an office, lab or a more
physically-demanding job. You'll find helpful tips on how to move and adjust your work space for your comfort and productivity. These easy changes
can have big results — and with little or no cost to you and your unit.
