Nominee must have completed at least one full year of service, or two years at half time. Nominations are good for one month. (Faculty and students are not eligible).
Criteria
Unusual initiative or creativity; outstanding customer service; meeting special needs; contribution to success of department/U-M goals.
Award
UMatter pin and certificate; kudo submitted to University Record.
