March 6 Class: An Apple a Day
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.
Crisp, colorful, sweet or tart - apples are not only versatile but also a good source of fiber and antioxidants. These nutrients may enhance heart, brain, and digestive health. In this class, you’ll use apples to prepare a tasty gluten-free cake and a savory butternut squash soup.

March 13 Class: Discover Your Roots
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.

Add a pop of color and healthy fiber to your meals and snacks with root vegetables! In this class, you’ll learn to prepare a few of our favorites in quick and easy ways. Roast them to bring out their natural sweetness. Steam and blend to a smooth puree with some savory spices for a fun and fiery dip.
