No GSI position will be awarded to an applicant not enrolled in the doctoral program in economics until all qualified doctoral students in economics have been hired. Any applicant who is not an economics doctoral student must submit a resume, a transcript of all economics coursework, and reference letters from both a faculty member you have taught with previously and your adviser in your current program at U-M.
