We seek external applicants when we do not have enough History of Art graduate students to fill the available GSI positions. Available GSI positions will be posted on the History of Art website at http://www.lsa.umich.edu/histart/jobs/ We require external applicants to submit a cover letter indicating which course/courses they are interested in teaching, a CV, a current transcript (unofficial student copies are acceptable), and course evaluations, if available. Please submit materials for each course you are applying for to Graduate Student Services, 50A Tappan Hall, Ann Arbor, MI 48109-1357. We accept materials via campus mail, postal mail & fax at 734-647-4121. Applications are reviewed by the Director of Graduate Studies and course instructors. Selection criteria include:
