Application Procedure
Organizational Studies Program is looking for one Graduate Student Instructor (GSI) for its ORGSTUDY 305: Inside Organizations. This GSI Position is .25 fraction position (FTE).

Responsibilities and expectations: The GSI will: (a) assist in organizing ad-hoc student groups, (b) provide assistance and feedback for assignments and content relating to the course, (c) manage resources for the classroom and any field work, (d) assist in CourseTools management, (e) evaluate student work and record grades, and (f) handle other miscellaneous issues related to the course. The GSI will average 10-12 hours per week in this role.
Qualifications: Graduate student in good standing with a background in psychology or related field.
Selection Criteria: Selection criteria include strong interest in the subject matter, merit, experience, other training or experience which may be required and explicit to the teaching goals/requirements of a specific course, applicant's previous receipt of financial aid, availability of funding, and relevance to graduate training. Decisions will be made by the professor of the course.
