MHealthy Tobacco Independence Program
The MHealthy Tobacco Independence Program (MTIP) provides support for faculty, staff and their dependents who want to quit smoking by offering free counseling focused on the most successful methods of ending tobacco addiction. Benefits-eligible university faculty and staff and their spouses or OQAs can receive a $100 incentive (before taxes) once they answer a few tobacco questions by phone and complete one of the qualifying MTIP programs. read more

 

Tobacco Consultation Service
Are you looking to kick the tobacco habit? Whether you smoke or chew tobacco, the Tobacco Consultation Service (TCS) can help you free yourself from tobacco addiction. Fees for both the group and individual programs are covered for U-M employees, BCN Premiere Care members, and patients with a UMHS physician referral. TCS also works to control and diminish the use of tobacco at the University by supporting smoke-free environment efforts. read more
